- Designed and build the mechanical portion of several prototypes of an aerospace crack detector.
- Completed mechanical design of rack-mounted electrical equipment for an aerospace application, using a mixture of new and pre-existing sub assemblies.
- Designed various enclosures for electronic sub assemblies for commercial communications satellites.
- Designed and built switch life-test equipment for a motor vehicle application.
- Built the weatherproof prototype and then laid out the production circuit boards for a highway safety-sign controller. Was part of the team that wrote data logging software for the prototype.
